However, some products may need some time to manufacture.

Do you accept returns ?

It depends on the nature of the issue.

Also, please note that assembled units will be shipped our head office which is in Canada. 

For all assembled units, if we agreed to have it returned, customer will need to return those products to our head office in Canada and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipment, In such cases, 20% restocking will apply. Customers are requested to call us to clarify any questions prior to order.
