Product ordered via online will be delivered within 2-3 Working days after the confirmation of payment from credit card services provider or by PAYPAL.
Please note that we do work with third party for deliveries from time to time and by our own carrier as well to the nearest location in Greater Toronto area.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website will be delivered to the address which the customer has filled in at the time of placing an order. If there is any mistake from the customer side, delay will occur and extra charges will be applied to redirect the shipment.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-4 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

5. Shipping Costs

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately. To prevent this, we strongly recommend you to contact us for additional insurance. Shipping costs quoted in the website is without insurance.
URATECH USA INC will not take responsibility on damages occurred in shipping. If the product package is damaged on receiving, please let your carrier know and open a claim from your end.
